Psychedelic Integration

1. Integration as Actualization

Psychedelic experiences can be profound, often extending beyond everyday understanding.
Rather than letting these experiences fade or remain abstract, the goal is to integrate said Psychedelic Experiences into your most familiar state of being & for them to become functional, adaptable, & points of reflective growth.

Integration is the process of:

  • Translating fleeting experiences into being

  • Grounding the experience into daily life

  • Allowing it to become something that actively benefits your existence

2. Equal Reflection
(Jungian Influence)

Our sessions will be rooted in the idea of mutual reflection.

I’m not here to position myself as an authority above the client.
Instead:

  • We meet as equals

  • We explore together

  • We reflect alongside one another

The session becomes a shared navigation of the collective mind, where:

  • The client’s experience remains central

  • Insight emerges collaboratively

3. Psychedelics as a Bridge

Psychedelics are tools that:

  • Bridge the unconscious and conscious mind

  • Induce a waking dream-like state

  • Reveal internal material in a way similar to dreams, but with awareness

From this perspective:

  • The experience is not the endpoint or pinnacle of existence

  • It is raw material for reflection

4. Grounded, Lived Integration

My philosophy around psychedelics is to ground oneself in the most relative form of experience, not to cast oneself into the ‘divine’ beyond the flesh of ‘God’.

Objective with clients:

  • Take the raw material from psychedelic experiences & create a means of relative cohesion

Apply symbolistic meaning from experiences & create connections to waking experience

  • Find alignment between sensation & thought

This can include:

  • Shifts in perspective

  • Emotional processing

  • Changes in habits, relationships, or direction

5. Kol’s Foundation of Experience

My work is informed by:

  • ~5 years of deep personal experience with Psychedelics while seeking to integrate the self with Nature

  • Strong ties to Psychology & Physics

  • Strong familiarity with Psilocybin and LSD

  • Exposure to a wider range of substances (supporting broader understanding)

I bring:

  • Both light and challenging experiences

  • A grounded, non-idealized perspective

6. Philosophy of Being

Underlying everything is one’s broader orientation:

  • Life is a process of oscillating reflection and integration

  • There is no separation from ‘man’ and ‘God’, and all is but an infinite mirror of the self

  • Growth comes from embodied understanding, not just thought or experience, but in a sense; to take the stars from the heavens and sew them into the flesh of God, that we are

One operates at the intersection of:

  • Psychology

  • Physics

  • Nature

  • Lived experience
